Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
All content, algorithms, and trademarks on 0dTerminal are the property of 0dTerminal. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
0dTerminal shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or service interruptions. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We collect account information (email, username) and usage data to improve our service. We do not sell your personal data. Your API keys are encrypted at rest and used only per your authorization.
You may not use the platform for illegal activities, reverse engineer our algorithms, attempt to circumvent access controls, or distribute signals without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
